"the dzign studio" is an independent design consulting practice started in 2022 by Ar. Swati Pikle with over 23 years of experience in Architectural Design & Coordination, Interior Design and Project Management. She specializes in High Rise Residential Projects & Interior Design and possesses a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies which are in compliance to required quality standards.

Swati spent the early years of her career in local consulting firms getting a wide range of experience in designing and handling complete lifecycles of residential projects from concept stage till execution and handover. She was involved in various projects like Tilak Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Tarangan etc.

She then joined Hirco Pvt. Ltd., a Hiranandani Group company where she was involved in "Hiranandani Palace Gardens" Chennai, a township of 365 acres for 6 years. Later, she joined L&T Realty where she led several projects for 5 years - one landmark project being "Crescent Bay"- Parel in South Mumbai. She later headed the architecture function in Ceear Realty Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and was in SSA Architects in a leadership role before she started her firm "the dzign studio".

She has also handled Interior Design Projects  at various levels while being associated with above reputed organizations.
